This kit has evolved from twenty years of combined knowledge in the designing of versatile sailplanes. Why have any other sailplane in your stable? Have one fuse and all the different wings you wish. By just changing the wing you can have a new plane. This epoxy glass fuse has multiple layers of glass cloth and Kevlar to make it the lightest but strongest it can be. The Kanza features a slip nose design is to make it easy to work on the radio installation or to simply reach the power switch.

Kanza can be flown with a minimum of rudder and elevator or may be set up with a full house rudder, elevator, flaps and crow or butterfly.

The basic kit may be ordered three different configurations: 2 meter, standard or open class. Or, if you prefer, we can provide custom cut cores for any airfoil you wish. Matney models is proud to use CompuFoil Pro to cut our cores.

Sleek V-Tail Design with Incredible Performance

This recently updated sailplane design features a slip nose canopy, and is designed for a 10" wing cord, bolted on to the fuselage. The fuselage is molded for a 7037 airfoil, but with a little epoxy and filler you can make the wing saddle accomodate most airfoils. This makes it possible to use many different wings on just one fuselage. If you wish to try a different wing, try a RG-15, 7080, 3021, or you may select to have us custom cut cores to an airfoil of your chose, using CompuFoil Pro to cut our wings.

This epoxy glass fuse features multiple layers of fiberglass and kevlar cloth, and a wet lap seam to joint making this fuse the lightest yet strongest it can be (only 12 oz), .
